| Obi-Wan Kenobi: How Many Jedi Are Left? Posted: 28 May 2022 07:31 AM PDT Obi-Wan Kenobi is a new series Star Wars which took place about ten years after the events Revenge of the Sith. In the heyday of the Galactic Empire, which has managed to dominate this galaxy, there is almost no safe place for the Jedi. As glimpsed at the beginning of the series’ episodes, the Galactic Empire has taken a more aggressive step toward dominating the galaxy. With Order 66 or Clone Protocol 66, they intend to eliminate their main enemy once and for all, the Jedi. It’s pretty clear that this highly organized and massive protocol has succeeded in causing the Jedi to experience a mass extinction in the galaxy. Although it seems that no Jedi can escape this event, in reality the Force says otherwise. Because some of the Jedi proved to have survived. Less than Twenty Jedi LeftIn general, there are less than twenty Jedi who proved to be safe after the Galactic Empire launched Order 66. Various media Star Wars himself, from films to comics, had time to tell the stories of some of these Jedi survivors. About six Jedi died at the hands of Vader instantly. Apart from those already mentioned, the rest are Kirak Infil’a, Ferren Barr, and also Trilla Suduri aka Second Sister who has returned to being a Jedi. In addition to being killed by Vader, there were also several other Jedi who were eventually caught and died after the Galactic Empire executed them, such as Luminara Unduli. There was also Kanan Jarrus who died after making a heroic sacrifice so that the Resistance Alliance could complete its mission. The Ugly and Bad VTuber News: Disappearance, Bot Spams and ImpostorsWe'll start off with a true ugly update: word has spread around the community about a Chinese VTuber by the name of Porin who reappeared on her Bilibili channel after six months of disappearance. In a harrowing and gut-wrenching video update, she explained that her abrupt disappearance started off when she was sold off to a middle-aged woman, possibly to be trafficked or sold to a man for a fixed marriage. Six months after that incident, she has been rescued by local police and has stated that she is now doing well and is seeking medical assistance after getting minor injuries. Stories like this have dominated mainstream media amidst a growing human trafficking economy. In a report by the BBC, three people have been arrested in the city of Xuzhou in February this year in connection to a woman found chained in a village hut. According to the report, officials first dismissed trafficking claims, but outraged netizens had kept up pressure, with some making daily calls for investigation. We hope Porin is doing well at the moment, and for all out there, please keep safe at all times. Meanwhile, VTuber agency WACTOR has taken to Twitter their sentiments about one of their talents Mireille Kuuma being another victim of bot spam attacks. Looks like the issue is just growing over time, and we also join the rest of the VTuber community for YouTube to take action on these malicious acts. Speaking of issues, impostors are still on the rise, as Girl_DM has shared that a certain account named "Christine Lopez" is claiming that she wrote the lore story for the VTuber's recent lore video. What's worse is that the issue has ballooned, as multiple bot accounts are now claiming that they wrote the lore story. Lastly, we have a quick COVID-19 check from Project Kavvaii's Gwynevere Airi, as well as the sudden announcement from Production Kawaii's Neena Makurano that she will be graduating from the agency on August 2 this year. In an update stream, she explained that the sudden announcement was made due to her recent promotion on her work. We wish Neena all the best in the future. Interesting VTuber Tidbits: On Thirst Tweets and WorkathonWe kick off this segment by putting a focus on our favorite 52-hertz whale VTuber Bao, who recently tweeted a thirst tweet dedicated to Blaidd, a half human, half wolf NPC at the popular game title Elden Ring. Recently, the character's voice actor Scott Arthur did a segment for BuzzFeed Multiplayer on YouTube where he read thirst tweets for Blaidd. There was this one instance on the video where one tweet made Arthur say 'no way' and decided not to read it, raising speculations on what the tweet was about. Kotaku got wind of this hilarious segment, highlighting that the tweet was from Bao herself.
Days later, a fan going by the Twitter username of @Demioh22 paid for a personalized video from Scott Arthur himself through the service Cameo, and of course addressed to Bao. As she caught wind of this update, she cut off her recent streaming of Morbius and instead watched the video on stream. In other news, Japanese professional translator and VTuber Kamishiro Taishi has unveiled in his latest stream that he's starting a 'workathon' as a way to catch up with his pending projects piling up. | KonoSuba 3rd Season Confirmed, Main Staff and Studio Revealed Posted: 28 May 2022 07:19 AM PDT Back in July 2021, it was announced that there will be a new Konosuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! anime. Now, it has been confirmed at a special livestream event on May 28 that the new project is the third season of the series. Main staff details and a visual for Konosub Season 3 were also revealed at the event. Reprising their roles are Kouichi Kikuta as character designer and Makoto Uezu as series composer, while Yuujiro Abe (Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 1 and Season 2 episode director) is taking over directing duties. Previous director Kanasaki Takaomi is involved with the new season as chief director.
While the first two seasons (from 2016 and 2017 respectively) were produced by Studio Deen and the KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World Legend of Crimson movies (from 2019) by JCSTAFF, Konosub Season 3 is produced by Drive. The four staff members and Drive are also involved in the anime adaptation of the Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! spin-off, which was announced at the same livestream event. Reprising their roles are Jun Fukushima as Kazuya, Sora Amamiya as Aqua, Rie Takahashi as Megumin, and Ai Kayano as Darkness. The isekai comedy light novels written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima ran from 2013 to 2020 with 17 main volumes and two short story anthologies. With production currently underway in various countries, some time ago the process of shooting this tenth film had encountered problems. This could happen because director Justin Lin decided to step down from the film due to creative differences with Universal studios. Fortunately, now the production is back in full swing with a new director, namely Louis Letterrier. In the hands of this new director, many fans hope that the tenth film will be able to present something fresher than before. Vivo will only launch the Vivo T2 in early June 2022, but the device that will accompany it in the product line has just been announced along with its main specifications. Launching Droid Holic, Vivo T2x will have a 6.8-inch LCD panel display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The main kitchen runway will use the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 where this is the chipset that is also used for the OnePlus NORD 2T and Oppo Reno 8 products. Together with the chipset, this device will have a massive 6000mAh battery with a charging speed of 44W. The main camera is said to have a resolution of 50 MP combined with a second camera at 2 MP. The selfie camera will use a resolution of 16 MP. Not to forget, the device is said to have a thickness of 9.21 mm and weighs about 202 grams.
