Sr. Production Operator
Position Objectives:
Manage, monitor and carry out production operations of oil and / or natural gas to its transportation to the loading and unloading facilities in an integrated SRMD-Jene between programs, costs, implementation and human resources so that production of oil and / or gas to reach the optimum.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Supervise, direct and assist operators in implementing the program Production Start-up & Shutdown wells, ensuring sampling of crude oil and gas if done correctly.
2. Working closely with the Care Services, will help in the work of production equipment maintenance and regularly monitor maintenance activities on production equipment.
3. Create a work plan and cost estimates required and investigate reports relating to the operation of a weekly and monthly production and submit it to the Production Supervisor.
4. Oversee the work program for all plan to run both effectively and efficiently and ensure that the needs of materials for production purposes are always available.
5. Assist Production Supervisor in making the SOP and manage the existing crew.
6. For overseeing and supervising the oil produced can be transported either to the loading and unloading facilities SRMD-Jene, and able to take decisions in case of problems in the field.
7. Working closely with the HSE to implement HSE programs, especially those dealing with the problem of waste production.
8. Supervise and direct the implementation of the installation of artificial lift in the well or wells reperasi implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum STM / SMU, preferably D-3 Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Petroluem.
2. Having minimum 5 years work experience in the petroleum industry especially in the production field.

Special Skills:
1. Having good communication skills both orally and in writing in Indonesian or English (not preferred).
2. Sufficient depth technical knowledge about operating procedures of equipment products facility and wells both sprayed and sprayed artificial nature.
3. General knowledge about work safety, health and environmental protection, and regulatory and industry standards and international regulations.
4. Technical knowledge about oil transportation either by tanker or through pipelines.
